Established in 1998 by Massimo Paradisi and his wife Antonella Carriero, MPA Technical Devices Srl has become a reference point in the pharmaceutical, hospital, cosmetic and food sectors thanks to its constant dedication to quality and innovation.
Over the years, MPA invested in cutting-edge technologies and acquired a deep knowledge which allowed to develop top-quality pre-assembled systems.
In 2020, Massimo Paradisi handed over the company leadership to Alessandro Montaperto, who was appointed chairman of the board of directors, decision later confirmed by the Arventia Group acquisition on July 2023. Arventia Group, led by Gian Maurizio Argenziano, consists of a selected of entrepreneurial family offices with strong ethical values and significant financial resources.
Despite the management change, MPA founders maintained a minority share, with Massimo Paradisi still involved in a management and technical role. MPA CEO and shareholder Alessandro Montaperto will continue to lead the company in the pursuit of excellence and innovation in all our activities, thanks to the extraordinary contribution of our dedicated experienced team.
