Our goal has always been to provide our customers with reliable and comprehensive solutions to best meet their needs.
For this reason, we have expanded our offering by introducing a complete range of ceramic pumps alongside our stainless steel volumetric pump line. This allows us to better meet our customers’ demands while maintaining the high-quality standards that have always distinguished us.
The New Range
Our new range of pumps includes the main models available on the market, and as always, we offer customized solutions to meet your specific needs.
All products are designed or supervised by our technical team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Additionally, we offer Rotary Piston Pumps, Pumps with Check Valves (mainly suited for the cosmetic and food industries), Pumps with an Anti-Crystallization System, and many other models.
The Production
Thanks to our collaboration with Jing Zhou, a highly experienced manufacturer with over 20 years in the industry, we have developed a ceramic pump line designed according to our specifications and subjected to rigorous quality controls by the MPA team.
This allows us to guarantee excellent performance and maximum reliability, values that have always distinguished our products.
Production, which follows the strictest quality standards and is ISO 9001 certified, will carry the “MPA & Jing Zhou” brand.
The material
The raw material used for the production of our volumetric pumps is of European origin and features the following characteristics:
- Excellent hardness (thanks to a reduced grain size in the raw state)
- Minimal friction resistance
- Corrosion resistance against acids and alkalis
- Zero porosity
- Suitable for repeated sterilization processes at high temperatures
Specifically, we use two types of ceramic:
- Alumina Ceramic (Pharma A): for pistons with a diameter larger than 12 mm
- Zirconia Ceramic (Pharma Z): for pistons with a diameter of 12 mm or smaller
Production, Quality, and Deliveries
The production of the new ceramic pumps will follow the specifications and design defined and supervised by the MPA technical team.
The products will then be inspected by our quality managers, who will verify compliance with all requirements, particularly by performing geometric, dimensional, and certification checks.
The average delivery time will be 9 weeks from the order date. Exact terms may vary depending on the complexity of the requested product and will be defined and communicated upon receipt of the orders.
For this product line, we also offer customers the possibility of scheduling deliveries to better meet your production needs and reduce stock levels.
